  • 2025 Base Rental Estimate:
    All rentals are based on an 8-10-hour day.

    Zen Loft:
    $2500-$3000

    Greene Loft with Garden:
    $3500-$5500

    Greene Loft with Garden + Zen Loft
    $4500-7500

    Pricing may vary based on offsite details.

    A 5% admin fee applies to all bookings.

  • Your rental includes:

    ⁕ Private bathrooms
    ⁕ 5 100-inch tables (seats up to 40)
    ⁕ 40 rolling office chairs
    ⁕ Stylish lounge seating throughout the lofts and garden
    ⁕ Available upon request:
    - Projector with an HDMI hookup
    - 100 white folding chairs for a stadium seating setup
    - Additional 36”x8’ folding tables
    ⁕ We also offer an add-on client suite to the Greene Loft with Garden.

  • FULL CATERING
    We have an amazing network of catering partners who know and understand our space.

    DROP-OFF CATERING
    Drop-off catering is also welcome for more casual events.

    BEVERAGE
    For beverages, our in-house bar is compulsory with all bookings. We have non-alcoholic and alcoholic packages for you to choose from. Our team is happy to discuss details with you. Reach out to them here.
