2025 Base Rental Estimate:
All rentals are based on an 8-10-hour day.

A 5% admin fee applies to all bookings.

Your rental includes:

⁕ 5 100-inch tables (seats up to 40)
⁕ 40 rolling office chairs
⁕ Stylish lounge seating throughout the lofts and garden
⁕ Available upon request:
- Projector with an HDMI hookup
- 100 white folding chairs for a stadium seating setup
- Additional 36”x8’ folding tables
⁕ We also offer an add-on client suite to the Greene Loft with Garden. -
FULL CATERING
We have a network of 5 catering partners who know and understand our space.

Drop-off catering is also welcome for more casual events.BEVERAGE
For beverages, our in-house bar is compulsory with all bookings. We have non-alcoholic and alcoholic packages for you to choose from. Our team is happy to discuss details with you. Reach out to them here. -
